November 2018 to September 2020: Behavioral Health Optimization Program (BHOP) Manager, United States Air Force:
Fully trained through intensive DOD developed/implemented Phase I and Phase II training for internal behavioral health care consultants. Developed BHOP element from ground up, operating out of primary care clinic at Tinker AFB.
